We're REALLY excited about getting to know all the sisters in our ward a little better and hearing all about their "Favorite Things".

We are overjoyed that 2011 is here. We hope you have started to set a few goals that will enrich your life. Our Theme this year is:

FEBRUARY SMALL GROUPS

FEBRUARY EVENTS

February 10: Playgroup 10 am at the Discovery Gateway Museum. We will be getting a group discount.

February 14: Single Sister Family Home Evening at Patti Midgley's House at 7 pm.

February 17: "In the Kitchen with Ginny" Tracy Peery's step mom will be giving a demonstration on making different kinds of chocolates. It will be at Tracy's home at 7 pm.

February 25: Lunch Bunch. We will meet at the Citrus Grill at 12:00. If Friday's dont work then we will go back to Tuesday's.

72 HOUR KITS: This month we will be collecting "backpacks". We are encouraged to find something for all the 72 hour kit "stuff".

September Activities

Temple Group: Tuesday, September 7th 9am and 7pm at the Salt Lake Temple

BACK TO THE BOOKS SUMMER SUPPER: Thursday, September 9th 6:30 pm at Vickie Dean's (2511 Gregson Ave.) Yummy potluck dinner and lots of catching up with your friends and neighbors! Don't forget to bring the school supply donation you signed up for!

Play Group: Monday, September 13th 10:00 am at the Hogle Zoo. Meet at the front gates so we can share zoo passes.

Craft Group: Thursday, September 16th. 7:00 pm @ Katie Knudson's 2520 E 2980 S. Come to learn basic sewing techniques. We'll be working on drapes and pillows.

Lunch Bunch: Tuesday, September 21st 11:30 am at the Corner Bakery at the Fashion Place Mall

Book Group: Thursday, September 23rd 7:00 pm @ Alison Thomas' home. The book is "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins

Movie Group: Tuesday, September 28th 7:00 pm @ Dana Rollins' Movie TBA

Once week from today is the....

Hopefully everyone can make it out, there will be lots of different flavors to try so COME ON OVER!!

Movie Group...

I just wanted to THANK everyone who came to Movie Group last night. We went to see Eclipse and it was so much fun to stare at Jacob (and Edward) with everyone :) We had a great turn out and from what i hear the sisters that meet up at Cafe Rio before hand had a BLAST too. I wish i could have made it! Hopefully we see even more of you next month when we see Eat, Pray, Love with Julia Roberts on August 31st!Click HERE to see the trailer

Spring Enrichment Activity

Our numbers were few, but those that attended seemed to enjoy themselves immensely! With great speakers, classes and an all-you-can-eat-homemade-cupcake bar, how could you go wrong? :)
